Cisco Playing “Arms Supplier” in Cloud Race

With the new VCE Coalition formed last year to aid interoperability and integrate next-gen data center technologies, many have expected Cisco to roll out a cloud or hosting solution. On the other hand, Cisco claims no such intentions. Cisco’s Cloud CTO Lew Tucker says “Cisco’s motto is to be the arms supplier” in this cloud race.
